I can't even guys. . I love boost mobile, truly but this location stuff has been a nightmare in the town I live. . . Mostly never any employees here and get signs like in the pic I posted, customers of yours are walking away from a closed boost mobile store. "Out to lunch, be back at 5:30?!?" . Like whhhaat does that even mean because it's now 5:36. . . Been looking for 4 weeks for a new phone/upgrade and have gotten sooo much run around it certainly is not funny nor satisfying. Called boost mobile, been to several locations. The load of bull coming out of each and every employee, weather by phone or in-person has been disgracefully unfulfilling. Boost Mobile really could use an over-haul. The marketing ppl should learn how to train their ppl to lie better. Even that was hard for them to do. It is now 5:44 and someone has finally unlocked the door. Please boost, get it together. How unfortunate. Boost mobile has come a very long way to be where you are, pride in your field of "expertise" has disappatted at alarming rates. Good luck. You certainly will be needing it. I wish you the very best. . Time to go chat with one of your associates. Adios.UPDATE: LEFT AND WENT TO WALMART FOR THE PHONE Because IT WAS CHEAPER TO GET THE SAME ONE, THERE INSTEAD. AND WOW, YOUR ACTIVATION "FEE" IS KILLER. AGAIN, TAKE PRIDE BM (BOOST MOBILE). LABOR DAY SALE IS BULLISH! MARKETING SCHEME. . ? ??????

Data ran out so i went to store and purchased additional 2g and paid cash. Data ran out after 2 days? So i went in to change plann. Paid cash of $25 and wS also charged 4$ service fee. Was told it would change plan at 7pm that day. 5 days later plan not changed and still couldnt get gmail or google. Store person called to fix and was told oops, their bad bit they could no longer do this. They refused to give me my $29 back for services NOT renfured and would not let her talk to a suprrvisor. . And they refuse to crefit my bank back the $29 becausr i paid cash. All this but i was autopay for monthly payments. One shady company and practices. I would not recommend ANYONE deal with a company tjst changes policy at will and fails to notify customers and employers!.

I just want to say the manager at this store is amazing! I ordered a phone online. That was a horrible mistake. My phone never arrived and was lost during shipping. I tried calling the common Boost phone number for customer service. A man from over seas answered and I explained what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do, hung up on me and blocked my number so I couldn't call back. I decided to go right to the store. The manager at Canton Rd was wonderful. She spent 2-1/2 hours helping me get in touch with someone who actually helped me and set-up a new phone for me. Even staying a half hour after they closed to make sure I had a phone. She is nothing short of incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!!!

On 5/29/2021 I went to a store to see if Boost had service where I live. The map showed I would have service and I purchased a renewed iPhone XR. When I got home the phone had no service. On 5/31/2021 I returned to the store thinking maybe I needed a 5G phone to get coverage where I live. The store didn't have any 5G phones so I was told to try the website and I returned the phone to the store for a refund. The price of the phone out the door with the first month of service was $221.64. The store only refunded me $123.61 when I returned it. I talked to several Boost employees via web chat and was told to go back and get the phone I returned and then call Boost corporate. I went back to the store later that day to get the phone back I returned and was told it had already been returned to the manufacture. The store employee was able to locate me another identical phone at there other store up the road and I drove there to get it. I was told I would have to pay another $221.64 and I was out the other $100 in taxes and fees. I asked for a corporate or district contact and was told they don't give that information out. I called back to the original store and was told they would let the district manager know and they might or might not call or text me. I've stopped in the store and called several times but can't get anyone to talk to me about my issue or get anyone from management to call me back. I would like the rest of my money returned. Per the stores request, I contacted Boost Customer Service at 1-866-402-7366 and was informed this store is not a Boost owned store and there is nothing they can do. They have no idea why the store would send me to them to handle their customer service issue. I've been trying to file a Better Business Bureau complaint but finding the actual name of the business that this store is registered as has been difficult. It's clearly not Boost Mobile corporate. The "VIP Retail" name on the receipt has been useless. The "VIP MANAGEMENT LLC 0AKRON OH" on my credit card statement has also been useless. What a nightmare this has been.

So I came to this store because one of my phone wasn't working and I found another one and wanted to swap the SIM card but it didn't work. The thing is that I was asking to use the same SIM card and it needed to be unlocked but her response was that I needed to call customer service so they can help me out with my situation.
