Store hours say there open til 8:00p.m. and I've went to three stores at 6:00p.m. and all three are closed. That's wonderful!!

Best thing this location has goimg for it is the Agent that works the counter. Gnot crazy about Boost but will give it it's validity. Better than Metro up the street. Custom Service is CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can expect to be respected unlike raggedy Metro employees.

Sales Associate Was Nice Enough
They Didn't Have the Phone Advertised and Boost as a Company Has Not Made It Clear that They Were Bought By Dish T.V. and that the Sales Reps. Cannot are Not Able to See Why or Why Not You Qualify for For Promotions or if Your Phone Has Been Paid Off...Other Than That, if Purchase is Your Goal, Then I Recommend This Store

There ok...have sum issues with a phone I got through them..paid $80 it only worked for 3 weeks..true shame...otherwise service is alright.

The sevice is alright , but I didn't see any social distancing at all. People can just walk right up to you or stand beside or very close to you and the owners says nothing. There's no markings on the floor AND NO PRECAUTION OF ANY KIND EXCEPT chairs you can get away with that if the store's not crowded. It's not a large common area. So it wouldn't take much to get sick. I have to be very careful with my health. I needed a new phone or I wouldn't have risk it. I hope the owners see this review . I said something out loud too when I was there. I wasn't nasty about it but I let it be known I didn't appreciate the lack of effort to provide at least some concerns and protection for customers. When you don't comply were all at risk i BTW I didn't even see ✋ sanitizer or wipes of any kind either. Hopefully it was an oversight on my part. Anyway just do better. Thanks

Store hours are posted clearly outside. Monday 10-7. It's 2 pm and no one is here. Had to go to 2 more boost stores before I finally got what I wanted.
