Recently I'm Black Friday.I purchased a phone from boost.Mobile first of all
The sales girl Vanessa was very nice.However the manager is a no show
Also I was misled about things coming off the shelf as a black friday promotion Is through progressive leasing I was told
They were free of charge.This was not the case at all.That's progressive leasing now.I wants to charge me all the way until the month of November.Well that's not gonna happen
Also.I explained that I was a senior and that I got paid on the first of the month.
I was told this was no problem.
This is not
The case at all .either although I get paid forty eight hours after the Due date , my phone was probably shut off
I was then told by boost That they were very sorry but they did not have a grace period
If you're looking for a company with zero transparency boost mobile's the one
The lies are mounting up.

I pay 100 bucks a month through boost, and I get maybe 2-4 decent days of service and the rest of the month my phone hardly works without WiFi. You’re better off with a government phone than to pay all this money for a phone that hardly works. I need my phone for my job, and as soon as I’m able I am switching companies. I am always without service, can’t make calls, can’t check gps, can hardly send text messages even though I have the unlimited talk and text plan. I don’t see how it’s possible to run through all that data within 2 days, because I never did with any other company. I’ve had government phones work better than the phone I have! If you can avoid going through boost, do so!

If you can, choose any location but this one, I’ve never seen such poor customer service from these employees and the manager!!! It took two days of me coming back and forth to this store to find out they couldn’t transfer my number. On top of that there was some issue with the printer that prevented me from receiving a receipt, which became an issue when I asked for a refund. The location was quick to ask for my money before my service was complete, when all he had to do was type and make a call, learn from me and don’t give them money until the service is complete! Or save yourself altogether, and do not come here, they’re thieves!
