good customer service but the phone service itself is crap. i pay $60 a month to have a working phone and 90% of the time my phone acts like im with govt phone data. my calls randomly drop, my phone doesn’t ring, half the time i have to ask people to call me because my phone won’t ring other people’s numbers. i really don’t get it. i wish i never left t-mobile or verizon…

I would avoid this location. Extremely rude and disrespectful man working there. He followed me outside the store yelling for me to get the f out of there. All because I went in for a issue with a phone I bought less than a month ago. Boost Mobile has filed a complaint against that agent.
