IF U VALUE YOUR CAR AND UR BELONGINGS DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE. IF IT WAS IMPOUNDED HERE THEN I ADVICE YOU TO GET IT OUT ASAP. THEY BROKE MY WINDOW STOLE MY BELONGINGS INCLUDING A NEW SHOTGUN. THEY KNEW I WASNT BACKING DOWN EVEN AFTER HOMICIDE PICK UP THE THEFT REORT DUE TO MY SHOTGUN BEING STOLEN THEY GAVE ME A RUN AROUND ABOUT GETTING MY CAR AND SOLD IT THE SECOND THEY COULD!! PLEASE CONTACT ME IF U HAVE HAD SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPEN TO YOU THROUGH THIS TOW COMPANY!!

Someone crashed a truck owned by my business. Forced to deal with Bowers. I was not allowed to drive into the storage lot. There was no clear entry to the dispatcher building and they would not allow me to tow my vehicle with my flatbed tow truck.

Dropped my review down after you guys would not help a hospital worker tow her car. I spoke to Dee on the phone. Very very unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend.

They were pretty fast and friendly except the lady at the front office who was quite nasty and seems to forget that she works at a small time towing company I would avoid this place just because of her.

I had my car towed about 3 mins from there shop and my new works boots were stolen from my car when I went back to clean out my car, one of there employees took my boots and there response was to call the cops and make a report over it, there a joke

My family has done business with Bowers for years since 1980 and Dee the owner not too friendly and not easy to business with. I won't go back. I miss Jack Bowers he had tremendous customer service.
