TLDR: Staff are friendly, but I don't like having to deal with authorization holds so I won't be getting gas here again.
I mistakenly believed that using debit (at the pump) would save me from the $100 authorization hold. When I tried calling the store afterwards the number listed on Google was disconnected, so I had to drive back up there. The cashier was very nice in explaining that both credit and debit purchases at the pump get the hold. Now I'm just waiting for the hold to lift so I can finish my errands.

I used to frequently visit all the time when it was duchess, as I live walking distance, it was convienant to get my cigarettes. When they switched ownership to the current place, the price of my ciggs (Newport Reds) went up 3 dollars per pack, but were still normal price anywhere else. I couldn't afford to pay 12 dollars for one pack of ciggs when the current price was already pushing it. Then duchess always accepted my mobile coupons for newports, but this place didnt allow it. This was around May 2024, now it is November, and I have heard the price went down some for newport reds. Not sure if they are taking mobile coupons yet though. If you have coupons (mobile app), its worth using them at a place that will allow them (acme, circle k, etc)

This station was very bad under the previous owners. The new MGMT and ARCO have done a good job in making it a positive place to buy gas and convenience items.

Turned my partner and I away from their restroom and I pissed myself as soon as I got outside. I made sure to tell the cashier what I thought of her before leaving. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Overnight shift is horrible I don't know her name but she a African American girl. She very rude. She picks ad chooses who she id's. She always has a attitude. I'm a loyal customer and everything she works I go the other way. Other then that's everyone else is great!

Found out that I was short changed. On 10/12/22 between 5:30 and 6PM, I paid with a $20 and received change, from a single Redbull and single pickled egg, received 4.82 in change back minus a the ten I was also supposed to get.Now, I'm not one to assume malice or deceit, so I will leave it to whoever owns this convenience store, in the interest of future customers, to counsel their employees to be more meticulous when giving back change.

We were there tonight we got told to get out that you guys were closing up but he let a guy in to pay for gas he was not nice about it at all if anyone else can go in so should other people

Your pump receipt machines never work. if I wanted to go in and pay for gas I would. But when I use a card i should not have to go inside wait in line to get my receipt. Fix your machines if it continues to happen I will get gas somewhere else.
