I’ve been banking with BSCU for over 20 years…never had any issues until they let everyone I was familiar with go. I paid off 2 car loans and a few regular loans in the pass. Tried to get a decent interest rate for a new car and I got a better rate with BFG whom I only been with for a few years..also tried to get a mortgage loan which they say they don’t do Most recently Buckeye has been declining my debit card when I’ve been trying to use it for transactions…such an inconvenience. 20+ years of great service is not so great anymore.

Had checking, savings, and loan with them. Once they backed out of the shared network, the inconvenience of 1 ATM without charges cost us over $500 in a year. Moved our accounts more for the insecurity of their network. "Fraud" on my debit card 3 months in a row. Actually just got a notice/phone call and I had closed the account yesterday!!!! Something fishy going on. Never had fraud issues before.

Buckeye state credit union is great! They caught on to suspicious activity on my account and quickly put a stop to it and made sure my account was safe. Everyone I have interacted with at the Akron branch, either in person or over the phone, has been nothing but nice and helpful. I have been a member since I opened my first checking account at age 18 and I have always had a great experience with you guys. Keep up the awesome work and I give a huge shout out to the fraud department that really helped me out. You guys are great!!

Five stars is not enough for Chantal Guibord! She deserves a million! Shes my angel and I cant thank her enough! She saved me thousands of dollars by reviewing my paperwork and followed up with me. I love Buckeye State Credit Union. I'm 53 I had a great upbringing and haven't had much work history before I became disabled yet with little experience with accounts and handling money Etc, Buckeye state gave me a great opportunity. I've only had income for about 6 months now and Within These 6 months yesterday I went and got a new car which is new to me through Buckeye State Credit Union with the income that I'm receiving for being disabled. How awesome is that? Everybody should give Buckeye State Credit Union a chance.

Always so friendly and pleasant , like old banking, they know our names, they make us feel they appreciate our business. I thought those days wow hone, and it is a beautiful place, Free fresh pop corn, and water. I love them all. ?????
