East Archwood is a great store with great staff.

Hello all.I believe i delt with a gentleman by the name of Tim that had answered the phone when i called. I asked him about two struts for a car that had been harder for me to fird two struts for. He had told me a price. I.asked how fast could he get them. Tim said he had them. I had said I'll be over to get then. I walked through the door. There was the gentleman by the name Tim asking me if he could help me. I said yes sure can. I told him I called about the struts for said car.. The gentleman Tim said i have those parts right here.. All in all it was an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys... Well so far i only delt with Tim there so far, however he was nice, polite, speedy and did great with customer service ..Great job Tim A+++
