“This was a very pleasant experience. The guys behind the counter went out of their way to help( you should give them a RAISE). The only thing I did not care for was the the vehicle's auto steering. I could not figure out how to turned it off. Because it only had 1,800 miles on it and was such a new vehicle. Other than that two thumbs up!”

“Convenience to our home location. Our nearest Enterprise location is not in a high traffic location and easier for us older folks to get to without needing to navigate high volume traffic locations. Also, appreciate the flexibility of leaving our rental at the body shop where our car repair was done. Staff was also very accommodating and courteous.”
“Came in with 25 minutes to close, I normally don't, but I needed a car and I planned poorly with a reservation at the competition. Needless to say, I'm sure while they weren't thrilled, they jumped to help and got me in and out of there before close. I realize my poor planning shouldn't have been their issue, but they really helped me fast and with a smile and I appreciated the quick service. Next time I'll remember to come straight to enterprise first!”

“We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.”
“The staff in this office gets our highest recommendation. We rented an SUV for a cross country trip to visit our daughter. About 4 hours into our trip the SUV overheated. I called the staff at the Akron office and they helped us exchange the vehicle for another and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road.
