This is most DEFINITELY worst bank ever… I mean ever. They funky handle the crap out of me and my personal banking account… just to get 290$. I started crying and balling my eyes out and the branch manager LITERALLY had a smirk on his face and laughed at me the entire time I’m sitting there balling my eyes out. I had one rep telling me one thing on the phone at the EXACT same time IN FRONT OF THE BRANCH MANAGER… and the branch manager still refused to do what the back end office said too do… I felt so humiliated and am STILL crying and depressed 3 days later… I am so discourage by them. After this I will be closing my account and I will be telling EVERYONE I know and everyone on all my social media accounts to close theirs as well. I’ve never felt so let down by a company before. I thought a joke was LITERALLY being played on me… I will never in my life have anything positive to say about chase. NEVER. I’m sick too my stomach at how they treated me.

Travis was very knowledgeable and good at his work.Hes very fast and will have you in and out very good talking with him and he told me about a lot of good things chase bank has to offer.

The phone number to this branch is a busy signal, no voice mail, no voice prompt or customer service. I was calling to get an appointment to open an account but I will not be doing business with Chase. What kind of bank does not have some kind of answering system??!!!

Customer service is awful at this branch. I was trying to do a simple task on my account and they treated me as if I was withdrawing money and running away with it. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Drive a few extra miles to the nearest one in Green off of Massillon Rd. where you’ll be treated with respect.

Extremely POOR Management and Customer Service! Phone calls are rarely answered and it takes days to get a response to messages. This branch is also located at a very busy intersection making it difficult to enter and exit. Except for ATM ? usage, choose a different BRANCH!

DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE. They tell you that you can run debit cards through the app but then when you do, they hold your money for over 60 days without even attempting to do any sort of investigation. Then after three months of having an account with them, they shut your account down and tell you they don't have to provide a reason and send you your account balance in check form which takes ten days. They make it impossible to run a new small business

Service at this place is garbage. Branch manager is terrible. I go here almost daily and they refused to allow me to get a document for my business notarized because I personally don’t have an account, but my business does! Ridiculous and petty policies that could be flexed to make things convenient for customers.

Not a long wait or a long line. When I was done with my transaction at the teller window, I was thanked for my business and refered to by my last name.
