Kylee is the saving grace of this branch and the reason for both stars. I was actually thinking of closing my account because of the unprofessional attitude of the branch and lack of ATMs in Akron. I suggest having more than one counter clerk on a Friday afternoon. Chase is lucky to have an employee like Kaylee.

I wanted to highlight my recent experience with Chase Bank, particularly regarding a hold placed on a check deposit. Initially, the 11-day hold felt prolonged, but Quinn Alberty, an outstanding employee, swiftly addressed my concerns.
After contacting Quinn on Monday, he promptly expedited the hold removal process. Within hours, he personally informed me that the hold would be lifted by day's end, granting me access to the funds by Tuesday morning. Quinn's proactive approach and dedication were commendable. Thanks to his exceptional service, I could proceed with my financial needs without delay. I also spoke with Elizabeth Salas who is the Branch Manager at this location and expressed my sincere appreciation in helping get this issue resolved.
Overall, I've noticed a significant improvement in both the check deposit process and the overall experience at this branch. Thank you, Chase, for getting it right; your efforts are genuinely appreciated.

when I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who directed me directly to someone who could help and I appreciate it. My issues were handled quickly and professionally. What a great branch. I’m glad I bank at Chase. special thanks to Nicholas Favazzo and Raennan :)

Best experience at a bank I've ever had. Just needed a simple transaction today, but EVERYONE inside was working and helping customers that were waiting- very professional. I wish every company operated how chase bank did today!

Good luck calling this branch. It is all automated and no options to talk with a representative without them saying all representatives are currently busy, ALL DAY!!

I went to open up a new checking account on 4/22/2023 after not having been a customer after so many years and was told I was only eligible for their Chase Secured Bank Account and unable to open a Savings Account due to my previous history with Chase. I opened the bank account, ordered my debit card, left the branch, and changed my direct deposit. On Wednesday, 4 days after I opened the account, I go to log into the Chase App and see I am locked out due to suspicious activity. I call customer service and I am told my account was closed, and no other information was given to me. Yesterday, 5 days after I open my account and a day after I find out my account is being closed, I attempt to call the branch to speak with the banker who opened my account to retrieve more information. A lady who answered at this branch said she would talk with Aaron S after he was done with the customer and one of them would give me a call back that day.... I didn't hear anything yesterday and when I tried to call AGAIN today... TWICE, no one answers the phone...... Then I call CS again and am told Chase can no longer maintain a relationship with me and given no reason or explanation...... A very disappointing and disheartening experience with their poor communication and service

I went in on Saturday to have an account open because I received a reward to do so. I was told by a Caucasian male that I had to make an appointment. He took my name and number today is Thursday the 6th and no one has called me. Head tellers usually can open accounts, does chase head tellers not have the same authority?

This used to be a very nice branch but not anymore. I was trying to get a refund for a cashiers check, they told me to come next day because they were busy I said okay and left the branch. When I got up here next day they said they are short on staff, they can’t do it today bla bla bla. Even if you can’t do it today why did you make me come to the branch for no reason? They also cancelled my two scheduled meeting before for no reason and I had to close my business bank accounts due to not being able to do what I needed at the time. There is still very nice and professional bankers and tellers for example Mr. Aaron, Mr. Nick etc but it’s so clear, this branch is being mismanaged. Very bad for Chase.
