they gave me awfully bad food poisoning. i got e coli, tapeworms, ringworms, and every disease known to man. i am now in the hospital and have 4 hours left to live.

Today (October 28) at around 12:45-1:00, me and two friends ordered 8 count chicken nuggets. All of ours reeked of cigarette smoke and tastes like cigarette ash was mixed with them. It was absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back. Waste of meal plan swipes. Who knows what goes on in that kitchen! ?

I am astounded. No matter how hard they try… after time and time again… they never get my order correct. They changed the way they serve food recently so you have to order it through a touchpad. I get my food noticeably slower and the employees seem angry at everyone. I hope the management can work to lighten their moods and treat them better.

The food is always good, however the employees hate their jobs and make it a point to make you feel uncomfortable and like a burden when you come there. I understand you are busy, especially working on a college campus, but me ordering a chicken sandwich doesn’t warrant you slamming my drink onto the counter, angrily yelling my name and walking away. From a fast food manager, if you cannot handle the pace of food service, it might be worth it to find a different job in a different setting.

The new system is trash. It constantly crashes and then the kitchen doesn't have your order and who knows when it will turn back on. Today they let about 20 students put in orders and pay before saying they don't have any

Catered box lunch and salad at place of employment. Process was smooth with Lashawn who took my order at their central phone number and was delivered on time today. Everyone enjoyed their meal and was supplied with plenty of sets of cutlery, cups and dressing. Delivery is free when the order is over $250.. No other restaurant has inhouse catering.. All rely on companies who grossly upcharge. New go to when I'm in Akron.

As a fellow student, I cannot ever say I dislike Chick-Fil-A. As a lot of the reviews said “great food and lemonade!” I can agree on that. There have been a few instances where the food took a lot longer than a non-Aramark owned CFA, due to the employees in the kitchen simply not being ready. And another instance where a front end cashier didn’t seem like she liked her job(I get it. Sometimes you just don’t. But please put a fake face on and be friendly.) she still took my order, I got the food I wanted to get, so no problems there. I just wish(as someone who also works with the general public) that students would at least pretend they cared about their jobs enough to make their customers happy.(the customer isn’t always right, but y’all know what I’m trying to say.)But in general, I’ll still eat here bc why not?

person running the floor was incredibly rude and condescending. made me feel stupid when i tried to get my order corrected. the food was good but they got my order wrong twice and i ended up just going through the line again to buy more because i was too scared to ask for them to fix it again. :( very poor experience not consistent with chick-fil-a.
