Says “open 24 hours” do they not answer phones while they are supposedly open? Tried calling a few times to see if they have the coffee creamer I need and nobody seems to want to answer. It’s not hard to answer a phone and say if you have something in stock. I do it all the time at my job and it’s the easiest thing ever. If you don’t want to do your job then quit and they can find somebody that will. Coming from somebody in a management position ❤️

I go to this store before and after work everyday. I can not understand why in the morning i see 4 to 5 employees there not doing anything but standing behind counter. From my understanding half of them are managers. Now when i go in in the evening its much busier and there are 2 maybe 3 hell sometimes only 1 employee working and they are actually working. I think someone needs to put some people from morning on the evening shift. Wondering why they never keep employees on night shift

The place seems like it is improving from the way it was. I have always had a great experience with employees they have to deal with alot i give them all praise for dealing with some of the people who go in there

Manager is a dru nk who drinks km he job refuses to d any work . Expects adults to lave their computer bag outside the business whole refusing to use the salsa window claims this is corporate policy

If theft is such an issue at this store hire a security guard. It's not my job to Leave my personal property vulnerable because
Of corporate slippage. Also if a purese is permitted than any bag should be permitted.

Let me just say smmfh. This place is a circus act, especially morning shift, if you have anxiety I advise you to stay away. The early morning staff love staring you down ( all in your grill) or yao and talk ( like it's social hour) . SMH pathetic, and they have no sense of customer service, and can't even OPEN at 6am efficiently plus they not not at all very friendly or helpful. It's a reminder every time I go there why I hate the place so much and avoid it at all cost! The morning shift manage more interested in talking than opening the store. Smh

They close when they feel like. Told me yesterday it's store policy not sell beer after ten pm which isn't true he just was stuck on his phone.during shift change there is no transition they just refuse everybody service. This is only night shift though no managers I guess

This store should be close permanently. It is absolutely dirty nasty outside. It has a lot of people standing around with book bags some laying on the ground also they don’t give you service at night. I’ll say about 3 am to 530. You would not get any service. even though they supposed to be open 24 hours I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes and no one‘s came to the window and there has been many people on our way to work. Just stop by here and also snow pile in Trucks that couldn’t get service as well. They really need to shut down circle k because this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m sure Speedway or another gas station would do a far better job.
Don’t go here at night because they hours are from 7 am to 2 am they are not 24 hours. That picture is me and another customer in the white truck been here over 30 mins just trying to get gas, the man at the window been standing there for 10 of them ughhhh this is frustrating
