Dirty and unprofessional. There is mold in the drink coolers, dirty floors and countertops, bathroom is disgusting, trash all over the ground outside. Management is never present and overall staff is disrespectful and inattentive to customers. Clearly needs much more cleaning and training and hire people who actually want to work. I see the same girl behind the counter basically every day. I can’t believe this place is even running.

I moved into the Highland Square area nearly 2 years ago. Depending upon where I was going, I have it one time or another used all the Circle K's around me.
They all do provide great service, but I wanted to call attention to this location because I always get service that is above and beyond high quality. Each representative who has waited on me has been helpful, thorough, and absolutely kind.
I know this is a tough job so I just want management to know, everybody at this location deserves a raise 😀

Besides the Arlington and market this is the worst circle k employees cussing on there cell phone eating behind the counter and never have grill items or sandwiches in the morning or lunch. Hands down the worst circle k not sure how it’s even still there. Terrible workers by far!

Person behind counter literally served the white person and then upon seeing it was five black ppl waiting for service went on a extended break lying that she was on a shift change she came back and said unabashedly im not feeling work tonight laughing with no care or corncern do something about it because if a black person did what she did they would be reprimanded on the spot

After the lady from corporate turned me away for my id not being readable to her eyes and im 99% sure you have to scan it but she didnt turn away the white man in front of me and even went as far as to get another manager Sara involved too to say that she is denying me service for no reason, this one on maple is constantly closed. some of the workers helped this review to not be a zero but as far the lady and the constant closing. what is the point of this place being open. People are lined up outside as i type this and no sign no staff just lights on and no service.

They are supposed to be open 24 hours. He checks it on the internet and says that they are open 24 hours. This person who is here says that he will not be open 24 hours a day and that the days it is closed, there were 4 of us who spoke ill of us and treated us badly and he said that he was not going to serve us that is disrespectful and it is very bad people like that should not be working there

Because even though it say open 24 hrs you have to wait in a long line and then sometimes nobody is seen at the window when you push the button for services it can be like 15 minutes before anyone comes to the window then sometimes the guys look like they just sitting in the back

Stood in line for 10 minutes was with my husband looked back at my husband and ask how much I should put on my guys was also buying cigarettes with my ID in my hand and he asked as my husband have his ID as well because I looked back and ask how much gas I should get it, but he was just speaking to his cousin in a line, and they did not ask for his ID when he spoke to her!!! Ridiculous and the manager was standing right there!! Wasted my time I was getting things for my client!! Smh
