There are rude females working there. Telling me that I’m lieing about the coffee machine is down, when there’s nothing but hot water is coming out. Then I turn around and there’s no suager and it looked like it was wiped around on the counter

Standing in line as I write this review. Almost every night (3rd shift) this light skin guy unhooks the bell so he doesn't have to be at the window. I will wait for at least 5-10 minutes before he even comes to the window to acknowledge he has customers. Ppl have drove off because he wasn't at the window. Even if the bell works, he ignwindows. And comes as he pleases. I always get a cup of crushed ice. And he deliberately gives me whole ice. And if I ask for what I want, he refuses. This is getting old.

To the Steven Quattrocchi that posted that 2 years ago noone helped the person who got shot 2 years ago your a fabricated wanna be reporter, bet any amount of money that someone kicked the door and noone helped i know for a fact my man did he worked there and he pulled him in the store and helped him tieing bags on him he saved his life, if it wasn't for him dude would of died maybe the next time you review something you should fact check yourself buddy!!!

I used to go there a lot, but depending on who working I won’t even stop. Even asked woman if money came off for cigarettes. She said yes. Of course on receipt shows it didn’t. This happens a lot. They don’t train their people to even do a refund to fix issues either. I told her she needed to put phone number in. She is like I don’t have to do that. I explained to her that it won’t automatically take off money if you don’t that was whole point of me asking if money was taken off. Saving almost 3 dollars on cigarettes may not seem like a lot to some but when in happens regularly adds up. Probably an over last year lost enough to pay for at least 2 packs of smokes. I even called to complain about this on going issue, and yet no one even reaches out to me. Would give no stars but makes me put at least one.

Something should definitely be done about this store and their employees.... refused sales for practicing my 2nd amendment right when there is not a "no weapons" label on their store, one employee wouldn't do a single polar pop through the drivethrough window like they are required to do, and now won't even honor their first fill on a cup they sold to us a week ago, advice take the extra little drive to go to the one on cuyahoga falls, this one is incompetent.

I normally have a good experience when I stop in to either picking up lottery or cashing tickets early morning. One thing I've noticed if your going to have a new employee please properly train that individual so that they understand what they have to do. So last night at this location at Talmage and Main Street there was a shooting 2 gentlemen were shot one in a car 1 standing at the window the jump was standing out the window ran around bleeding everywhere and blood all over the ground and try to kick the door in to get inside for safety tright for safety the staff refused to help him this is gonna be a tricky situation for a Circle K right now because why they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing by providing safety and comfort for their shoppers here are the photos from said crime scene still yet to be cleaned up
