Nice tellers. Respectful and work timely. But the manager is very rude. She picks and chooses who she wants to help, and often others have to wait for longer periods of time. She has made comments that were impolite and offensive. In a customer service business everyone should be treated fairly, no matter their race, political views, or status. I think a little extra training for the manager would be great. When working with people of different backgrounds and status groups. I choose to use the drive thru now, due to her unwillingness to help "certain" people. I get a better experience that way. The tellers are polite and always smile.
