Call bank to find out why they was holding a 500 dollar check was told it would clear Monday didn't happen was told fraud called fraud department got run around couldn't understand what they was saying keep in mind I deposited check Thursday they took the money from my buddies account that Friday was told it didn't clear lies they told me I would have access to my money I worked for in 7 days I feel like lies and scams are going on so they can make profits not cool will be looking for other banks

Have a mortgage with them no good looks more like predatory lending do your self a favor and use another bank especially for a mortgage

Chad Kelly was great! Although I had no appointment, he was able to get everything I needed done in one stop, including instant new bank cards!
Have you checked your monthly bank fees lately? I just scored waived fees with a "One Deposit" account. (Technically there is a small fee, but Citizens offers a super easy work around "one deposit" that waives those fees if followed. We're talking set up auto transfer for $1 or more monthly and done. Qualified.)
Take the time to see if Citizens can help you Save on your monthly fees, I'm glad I did!!
Last, I find their mobile app is well laid out and easy to use. I've used it for over 6 years now and love it.

Do yourself a service and listen to the other one star reviews. I banked here for years and had to switch banks due to moving away. My father still banks here, and I needed to get a title notarized so I asked if they would do it for me when I called. They said it would not be a problem they had to notaries on staff when I showed up I was met with an employee who was disgusted at the fact that I did not bring him with me when I specifically asked that he could not be there due to his health and they refused to do a title notary. Bad policies, and even worse. Customer service is a good reason not to bank there.

On Monday afternoon I visited this bank looking to exchange a $100 dollar bill for 100 $1 dollar bills. It was for a craft I was making for a friends birthday. When I asked the teller she asked for my ID and debit card. I had no issues providing an ID however I am not a customer of their bank and didn't have a debit card for their bank. She rudely stated she could not exchange the bills because I was not a customer. I could not believe this is their policy!!!! I then went to my bank (PNC) got the transaction handled and found out, thank goodness, my bank doesn't share the same policy.

Closed by 4PM on a Friday even though the window says 6PM and no sign saying they're closed. Made no effort to let me know they were closed either even though the lights were on and several people were still inside.
