Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely patient helping my husband and I navigate carpeting for our home. He is honest, and forthright, and his pricing is very fair. His installers Dale and Kevin did a beautiful job on the installation, and the attention to detail is outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Michael and his team!

The service and attention to my flooring needs was outstanding. Michael knows his products and is willing to take the time to answer questions. I never felt rushed. Their prices are very competitive as well. After ordering, I was given updates on when to expect delivery. They carry high quality flooring and the service was incredible.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing carpet for our home with Clupper Bros. As new home owners, we did not know what to expect, but Michael was extremely knowledgeable, in no way pushy, and respectful of our time. The installation went very well and the carpet has performed exactly to our expectations. I would recommend Clupper to anyone I know and will utilize them again when we purchase carpet in the future.

I stopped in the store and spoke to the owner. We talked about my project and while he gave me some helpful info, he acted like he didn’t really want my business. Took my contact info and said an estimator would call within the next few days. Never heard from anyone. Called again twice to request an estimate and once again, the sales guy wasn’t sure when someone could come out, they’re just so busy. Happy to give the job of reflooring our entire home to another company that has excellent customer service and follow-up. Clupper personnel were unprofessional and a disappointment.

Honestly - I was disappointed. The installers put a huge seam right in front of the doorway to the master bedroom, when it could easily have been put off to the side, mostly under the bed ... but it is right there, front and center when you walk in. In another area of the house, we have a sunken living room with curved steps down, the carpeting on the curved steps has never looked right - it looks loose and sloppy. And then, they ran the pattern on the landing the wrong direction. Just all around, did not have good attention to detail. We spent a bunch of money here, and really are disappointed.

The owner makes you feel important from the second you step in. Mike listened to everything we needed and picked the perfect carpet. He was at my house the next morning measuring- such service!

I have used Clupper for two jobs and have been very pleased which included, luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl planks, and carpet . They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, have a good selection, reasonable prices, and did a good job on the installation.I am currently in the process of trying to get a floor that they installed repaired by them and the process has been a bit slow. I haven't been in a big hurry, so it has been ok so far. If it goes ok I will up my rating to 5 stars, but so far it hasn't been s 5-star experience.

Great experience from start to finish! Clupper Brothers was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad they were! No high pressure sales, lots of help and information during my store visit and more great information once Mike Clupper came out to measure. I had a limit on what I wanted to spend to carpet the entire house and they came in under two other carpet stores. Julianna was a big help coordinating the carpet color. I had pictures of different rooms and she showed me the perfect carpet color to bring a lighter tone throughout and also bring out the darker wood accents of the fireplace and wooden baseboards and framing. The installers were top notch! I can’t find a seam or mistake. No call back to fix anything! Just perfect. I definitely recommend using Clupper Brothers Carpet & Floor for a pleasant carpet experience. I also liked that Mike picked up my call every time. It’s a great team to work with and I got the magazine end result I wanted. Thanks Clupper Bros!

Knowledge, experience and service set Clupper apart from the others. Carpet can be a complicated purchase with all the options. The owners and staff at Clupper brothers were able to take the confusion out and provide us with the knowledge to make a decision that was best fit for our needs. You won’t get this expertise from the big box employee that is assigned to a department for the day. The timing and quality of the installation completed the full process. My installers each had over 35 years of experience and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Not to mention they were a fun pair of guys that had me laughing. I’ll be back!
