The ice cream in the service were good. What was lacking was attention to the men's room. Was completely out of toilet paper and paper towels. The manager did have one of the staff take care of the problem when it was brought to their attention.

Wow. What an experience. Me and two others entered the establishment about five minutes till close with high expectations and boy were they exceeded. The three girls working showed much enthusiasm in their craft and created our treats with care. As we left we were given a round of applause as they gave each other high fives showing their teamwork. 100/10 recommend this location. Great experience!

My son’s bday cake tasted amazing. But the decoration was below average at best. Didn’t write happy birthday like we asked and all they did was print out a picture of the theme we wanted. Just sad we were over looked because of an employees laziness and still had to pay full price.

Waited 25 minutes while 3 girls working there stood around and argued with each other. When I asked if they could make my order I was told NO! I hope the owner takes a look at the security cameras, You had about 15 people leave and I know there will be more reviews like this. I cannot give 0 stars, but I would if I could!!! $hit show!

I just waited in line at this store for about 20 minutes due to employees conversing with one another the whole time we were in there. Three parties in front of us left because it was taking so long, they had been waiting for up to 30 minutes. We were next in line and two employees were eating the customers ice cream off the stone that they just made right in front of the customers. They were trying to test the customers ice cream to see if it was right but that’s foul to do in front of paying customers. The employees had AirPods in, came in and out of the kitchen constantly and were touching their hair while making peoples ice creams. I have been coming to this location for years now and I have never had this many issues. This behavior is unacceptable.

Horrible employees.. I just waited over 20 min and never was served.. there were only 4 people ( not groups) ahead of me. The 3 ( that I saw) employees were more interested in talking and looking at their phones and showing attitudes than serving the customers otherwise known as doing their job.. Won't be back

I visited on 7/11/23 at about 9pm and the two young women working were CRUSHING IT. When I walked in, I was thinking it was going to be a long wait with a long-ish line and only 2 staff working, but I was mistaken. Seriously, give these two a raise ??

Ordered a signature creation it was made in a timely fashion and employees were friendly... my issue is with the ice cream itself. I didn't even get to my car and the ice cream was melting down the cup and my hands I couldn't even open my car door. Walked back inside and they handed me more napkins and a wet paper towel and the ice cream was dripping all over the floor. They ended up remaking it for me with a lid. When I took the lid off it was a melted mess again so I'm wondering if their ice cream wasn't at a cold enough temp to begin with. I have never had this issue with their product.

Just a minor mix-up with a trainee. Wishing you the best of luck at this place. It does indeed taste good, just gotta be a bit more on top of it so that nobody dies of allergies ;)Reason for stars:I ordered Mango Pineapple, got Strawberry Mango.

So delicious! Sweet cream ice cream with graham cracker crumbs, wow.Really friendly employees who gave generous portions of ice cream and mix ins.
