These people are out of their minds. Was told $1500+ for a power steering pump and a line. Went to pick up the vehicle after declining service and was charged $115 for an “inspection” after telling them exactly what the problem was. Do not bring your vehicle here

I have had my 2014 Chevy Silverado serviced 2xs at Cole's Garage. I am very impressed with their professionalism and overall customer service! Their mechanics are highly skilled and very thorough.

I had a great experience at this Cole's garage they diagnosed the issue quickly and had my car fixed sooner than expected. Everyone was professional and thorough. A special shout-out to Erica at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Her clear communication and positive attitude made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!

Where do I start ! I went in for an alignment and they found that my front end suspension was about to give so doing an alignment would have been pointless, so not only did they save me the money on the alignment, they did the inspection for me for a reasonable fee , honest guys , great work , will definitely be back A++++

Steve and Coles garage staff is amazing. I went to them after a bad experience at another mechanic shop. Not only did they put me at ease but they informed me of everything that was going and consulted with me prior to doing the work. They made sure I was able to get to and from work safely while my vehicle was in their shop. Their prices are affordable and reasonable. I am recommending them to everyone.

I took my truck to Cole's Garage after I took it to a place in barberton and Cole's Garage got me rt after the screw up the other place did I will be going to Cole's from now on and I highly recommend for all your care care needs most definitely 10/10 ask for Steve

Is it right to say it was an enjoyable time..well spending money wasn't, but, a very nice homey feel. So polite and willing to do what ever my vehicle needed. If you used to go to Shaw's a couple blocks away...Coles has you back now.

I want to thank Steve and the employees at Cole's Garage for taking a stressful situation an quickly turning it around for me! I felt like family from the time I stepped in the door vary polite, vary professional! Prices are vary fair I did my research Explained the issues clearly also had a printout explaining what was done in full detail with picture layout vary impressed! I recommend Cole's Garage I will return if/and when I have any other work that needs done to my vehicle's!
