Yelp should have an option of NEGATIVE STARS! This company is horrible to use for moving! Took forever for them to pack, first day of loading consisted of the driver showing up at noon & then whole crew leaving at 4:00! Didn't realize until we got to our new house out of state that the driver had recorded all furniture as being scratched or damaged So many things broken or damaged, it was unreal! When I complained & demanded a refund, I was basically told that they weren't going to do anything to remedy the situation! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

Warning: Do not use this Company for your move. My husband and I moved from Ohio to Maryland a few weeks ago and used the services of Compass Mayflower. They changed dates of loading and delivery frequently, but worst of all they showed up on a Friday at 8am with our 19,000 lbs of stuff with only one driver and no movers!! They got one more guy for several hours. My husband and I had no choice but to help. My husband had to pull an all nighter with the driver to move our own stuff in and reassemble. They didn't get the last box in until Sat at 7am. The driver saw my special needs son melt down after midnight and never once asked if he could return the next morning. He told us he had another job to get to. They will not compensate us for the job they didn't do so now I'm forced to pursue legal action.

I was not treated honestly. When I spoke to the owner about choosing a mover he offered to provide boxes for my art as a perk. The crew did not have the boxes and did not know anything about them. I had not made other arrangements so it left me in the lurch. I then got a call from the company that they had not added the insurance charge to my final bill so they were charging me after the fact. They made an error but I had to pay any way. I had agreed to the insurance and would certainly have agreed if it was part of the original bill. I do not like that it was charged later. I never heard from the owner about the boxes or to ask whether I was satisfied with the move. The crew was great - the company is not.
