Castle is a Home Depot subcontractor. I purchased a door opener and prepaid for their installation. Castle came out and refused to install the opener unless I also agreed to purchase a new garage door.
I’ve live here 45 years and this would be my third opener. Not bad for products that only guarantee for four years. Same garage door.
Home Depot needs to reevaluate their vendor procedures. This was not what I expected. I’m having the opener hung by a local contractor.

I called Castle Garage Doors around noon today as my garage door spring broke and we couldn't get a car out of our garage. The owner sent Paul to our his within 45 minutes. The communication and technology was fantastic. I received a text message with a picture of Paul, his experience and certifications, his eta, as well as a link to track where he was. Paul arrived right when they said he would (which was a pleasant surprise compared to other companies), he was very professional and honest with his assessment, and completed the project in the time frame he said he would. I recommend Castle to others.

Castle Garage did amazing work and was extremely responsive. We all know how frustrating it can be to be with a broken garage door!! Paul came to the rescue and did not disappoint!! Highly recommended!!

8/25/25 Paul/ Castle Garage Doors was here about 9am after a 2am text I sent him about my remotes. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant to work with as usual. Took him 20 minutes to get me up & running. The whole team at Castle are excellent at what they do. Easy to schedule without multiple phone/texts. They are straitforwar, show up & fix problem at reasonable price. EASY EASY EASY!!!
9/24/24 Paul did a great job fixing my garage door. He was personable, knowlegable and left the area spotless. Price was fair and transaction handled on the spot. Hopefully I won't hav to call back but if so I want Paul to come. He even puts up with my pesky dog that loves him and his attention.
Great guys, friendly, well informed, finished job quickly and clean. Explained everything they did and left all documentaion. Made decision- making a breeze. I'd hire them in a flash. Easiest thingI've had to do in a month and I just got new Internet an TV service 😭

Katelyn was the installer. When she arrived, I wasn't ready. She patiently waited for me. She had a very positive, calm attitude about everything, and I appreviated that. Katelyn worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Castle Garage, and especially Katelyn, to anyone.
