Didn’t have to wait too long. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Building needs upgrades however. I felt that housekeeping could have been better especially in a medical facility.

Over an hour wait time. Several people who came in after me we processed and out the door while I sat and waited. Overall everything took a very long time. Didn’t seem Very busy. Maybe they are understaffed. I won’t return.

The nurses and front desk staff were so kind! I’m a nurse and was there for pre-work stuff and as a patient I was impressed with everyone’s kindness and bedside manor. It was pretty busy, but they had everything flowing and organized! Would recommend this concentra!

Friendly staff,Dr. Knowledgeable listens to your needs. There can 2 to 3 hour wait. I didn't have to wait long. I don't know if this place is just for workers comp. Clean office

Very helpful and efficient … spent less than 45 mins signing in and screening very pleasant workers and it’s super clean I love coming their you don’t deal with attitudes or nothing even if you bring one which is very rare… may I never haft to drug screen again but if I do the Firestone pkwy location is a go to

While the location leaves a lot to be desired, the staff are very professional, courteous, and friendly enough for the job. My wait wasn't too long and every step was explained. If you're going to risk your life for a random drug test, this is the place.
