Couple weeks ago I had a flat tire and came in 45mn til closing and they said they would not help me to come back another day. The older sounding guy was very rude to me. Especially for a place that takes walk in. A 1 tire plug Fix would have taken 15mns and they only had one car and 3 techs back there working.
So I put air in my tire and went to NTB. They were closing in 5mns and they still helped me. He was so kind and I tipped the tech $20 since he stayed over to help me when I was in need.
Just go to NTB. Conrad's does not care about you at all.

This Conrad’s location is one of the best shops I’ve been to in years! The staff is always excellent. Bob always takes the time to help figure out the vehicle issues, & they get the job done every single time. Would recommend them 10/10 times
