Beware of purchasing tickets from brandlive through CosmoProf.
I received the most horrible customer concerning a error on CosmoProf’s end. I expected to be treated with a tad bit of respect since i did purchase the ticket at the Fairlawn location, instead I was given a bunch of red tape about protocol‼️

I purchased a product with the assurance that if it did not work, I could take it back. With no warning this location decided they no longer take back any product even though the supply company would definitely reimburse them. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Ugh this is the tiniest store I have ever been in of theirs!! Licensed hair dressers only can purchase here!! Not well stocked either....I fronted quite a few things here just from walking @

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.
