unfortunately I am left extremely disappointed. my daughter went in to get highlights and the stylist not only fried her hair, but gave her the complete opposite of what she asked for. we ended up going back to have it fixed and the stylist argued the entire time, saying “it’s exactly what the picture looks like.” she then continued to tell us we got exactly what we wanted and there was nothing wrong with it. in the end, we had to go to great clips to get it chopped off because of how damaged, discolored, and uneven it still was. every person i talked to said we should go back and demand a refund, but i refuse to step back into that place. below is the reference of what i asked for and what the stylist did:

Absolutely love midge. I enjoy a more alternative/trendy hairstyle and both times having them done by midge has turned out great. She is very experienced in what she does :)

I’ve had a couple visits with A'lexxus, and couldn’t be happier.
I love having short hair, but have no patience to style it. She cuts in a way that I can get up, brush, and go (or style if the mood hits). Coloring has been spot on… she asks what I want and delivers even though I’m a wee bit vague ?
I moved from Buffalo a hot minute ago, and am so happy to have found this salon: 10/10 do recommend ?

Hands Down Allison H has been a Phenomenal Hair Stylist for myself and my 3 kids! She works with me as scheduling appointments is challenging as a working mom with 3 busy kids. She listens to what myself and my kids want done with our hair and does it spot on, every single time!!! The atmosphere is consistently clean and welcoming! We LOVE Creative Designers and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My kids and I will be requesting Allison H. Everytime!!! 100%

I would not make an appointment with Allison. She rescheduled every appointment I made with made up excuses. I always scheduled every 7 weeks sometimes 2 appointments in advance. I waited over an hour at one rescheduled evening appointment. Another appointment she squeezed me in with someone else and ran back and forth between us. While not uncommon, she, nor anyone spoke to me the entire time I was there so I didn't know how long I was to sit waiting. At my December appointment the salon tried to reschedule and I said I couldn't because they kept trying to make the appointment during the day and I work. I said that I would have a friend do it. When asked if I wanted to cancel the January appointment, I said no, I'll keep it. (This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I was trying to remain loyal). They cancelled it anyway and didn't tell me. That was the final straw. Decent hair, sub par service.

A very good experience and will be going back! Allison gave me a fabulous haircut. She was nice and professional. The place was so cute and well decorated. I loved the atmosphere just as much as my hair cut!
