Tried to go inside while an employee was pacing outside in front if the door with a cigarette. Go inside and get what do you need. I don't need to smell your employees cigarette or to get a rude greeting.

Ok first I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to so I can leave this horrible review. I have been a loyal customer for years I currently do have the family plan for our needs. I bought two new Dream 5G phones on and I still have the receipt Jun 15th 2022. It's now October 16th 2022. My phone will not even turn on will not work. I call Cricket customer service and was told we will send you a refurbished phone . Second I didn't buy a refurbished phone so I don't want a refurbished phone. They sent my a junkyard refurbished phone and it's the same problem.The phone won't even turn on. I feel so taken advantage of it's unreal . So they said they would not give me a new phone because it's not there policy to take care of long term customers. Am I the only customer they have ripped off? Or is this a common occurrence with this horrible company? My advice is don't do business with a horrible company as this one and I will be posting this same review on my Google account review s so hopefully I can stop the next customer from making the same mistake I did. Also I will be making a review on YouTube to give my absolute absurd experience with this company to expose the outrageous and lack of customer service that I have experienced.
