This guy knows every nut and bolt of every Mini. Some of his work is 75% less costly than the dealership. Routinely 30-50% less. Some repairs you have to take to the dealer, if so, he tells you that.

We bought our Countryman from Jon and Jen almost 3 years ago. We live in Columbus, but almost never hesitate to drive the 2 hours to have our car repaired/serviced. They are friendly and fair. Also, listen to Jon and don't have your oil changed at one of the quick change places.
