No one was at the facility when we had a truck load of things to store even though this was during business hours. We tried several numbers for help and finally got someone who directed me how to finish move in and sign the lease. Someone should be during posted hours

Move in day was 93 degrees outside. The guy working at the facility was generous and gave waters as well as made sure the door opened every time we came through. Staff was very helpful. Clean facility.
