The female pharmacist at this location who works during the day is a stain on anything ethical having to do with pharmacy. She's a lowlife dumb idiot who gives you false information and then doesn't even give you her name when you ask for it. I have filed an ethics complaint about her today with CVS and am also going to complain with the pharmacy ethics board. She needs to be replaced and put back as a cashier or stock person to learn how to treat customers. If you are prescribing me medicine, I should know your first name in case anything happens to me and my health. Please get rid of this pariah and get someone who follows the 7 ethical tenets of pharmacy.

longest, slowest pharmacy line i have ever encountered! when they go on a "lunch break" they are unavailable for close to 3 hours. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

The drive thru is frequently closed and they have never once answered their phone in the pharmacy.

This place is so unorganized the pharmacy is the worst 8 people working. My prescription was ready. They tell you to step over so needed to verify insurance and 20 minutes later they said I needed to be in line to verify my insurance. Then another 20 minutes to print a label. This shouldn't take 45 minutes for a prescription that was already felled

Staff in pharmacy totally ignored me, I stood there 15 before I said excuse me. Then was told someone would be with me. Another 10-15 minutes. They acted like I was bothering them.

Due to low staffing the customer service is still poor. This all started even before the pandemic so they have always been understaffed.

I've been using this Pharmacy for 1 1/2 years now... 98% of the time I find the pharmacy staff verry friendly and helpful- I try to put myself in their shoes... I'm always friendly and wear a smile especially if the line was long. Usually you get what you give.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy Dept in most cases down right rude. We have a lot of people the ride there on bicycles and they still refuse to put a bike rack in so we can lock them up outside.... As for the store everything has a high shelf life and is fill with chemicals and poison CVS is out of touch with there customers and offer Horrable products and allmost nothing healthy....

Well it's not the employees fault it's their system. What's the point of having 24 hour pharmacy when the update takes 2 or more hours! What sense does that make. I literally drove 30 minutes to this place, you got to be kidding. Don't go at night, they will tell you they can't fill it due to system updating! So annoying . The employee was very kind and apologized. He did nothing wrong, it's the company.

There is no respect for customers in pharmacy
