CVS has a mix of experiences reported by customers. Many pharmacy techs and retail employees are praised for their helpfulness, especially one employee who went above and beyond to assist with insurance and COVID testing. However, there are complaints about one male pharmacist being rude and dismissive, as well as issues with the automated answering system causing frustration. Additionally, there are concerns about communication barriers with some employees, leading to misunderstandings and poor customer service. Overall, while some staff provide excellent service, there are significant areas for improvement.
The workers, the managers everybody in the store they are very, very bad. I recommend everybody do not come to this CVS.

Closing early is definitely a problem. Both the pharmacy drive-thru and the store. Front door was locked, no signage explanation, people were inside, lights on, and no response to knocking. If you post your hours, honor them!

I needed assistance finding a children’s medicine there was 4 people behind the pharmacy counter and not one of them would assist me. The old white bald fat guy told me to go to the front and find someone, there was in fact no employees in the front of the store. Perfect place to steal from
