I went here today this morning what's in the pharmacy at 10:05 a.m. I don't have transportation so I come in on a Lyft. The drivers only give you about 5 minutes or so when you're doing a round trip to handle whatever it is you need to handle while I was there in the pharmacy the teal drawers was in in the manager of the store had to bring them back to the pharmacy department and I guess put them in the drawer. When she brought them back she sat them down on the counter pick one up and begin to talk to the pharmacist which is fine but you have a customer standing in front of you can you talk at the same time and put the teal in the drawer at the same time! So I just simply told her in a nice way that I have a Lyft driver outside and they only give you 5 minutes and they will leave she caught an attitude and wanted to tell me what she sounds stupid saying it we don't open up until 10:00 a.m.! The reason why she sounded dumb is because it was 10:05 a.m. and I told her what time it was I guess you got a attitude and said well they can't do anything until the teall is in the drawer! Lady look! That was my whole point I simply told her again in a nice way that I just have a Lyft driver outside I get it cool I don't have a problem with that but you don't have to have an attitude so I came in and I called corporate and I let them know of the situation and I'm leaving the review this is one of the worst CVS pharmacies in Akron Ohio I guess because you're an urban neighborhood you have to get smart with everybody but you don't get smart with everybody if you don't want that same energy do you don't get that energy people do not play with everybody like that and I'm not playing with you! If you don't like your customer service business then you probably need to find a new business because that is not the way you talk to a customer that did not give you any energy but explain to you what the situation is if you can't talk and do another thing at the same time then you need to shut up and take care of the customer first!

I rushed to get here after work to get my prescription just for all of the doors to be locked 15 minutes before close. When the staff came out of the building, I asked them what happened and they replied “we always lock the doors early so that we can leave right at 9:00” if I did that at my job I would be fired on the spot. Very unprofessional and I would suggest cvs find people who want to work their actual shift instead of not abiding by store hours and refusing to help people. Judging by the reviews this happens all the time. What a shame.

Closing early is definitely a problem. Both the pharmacy drive-thru and the store. Front door was locked, no signage explanation, people were inside, lights on, and no response to knocking. If you post your hours, honor them!

I needed assistance finding a children’s medicine there was 4 people behind the pharmacy counter and not one of them would assist me. The old white bald fat guy told me to go to the front and find someone, there was in fact no employees in the front of the store. Perfect place to steal from

I really dislike this CVS and it's the closest to my house. First they refused to carry a prescription that I need monthly because they don't get many prescriptions for it. So far as caring about customers. I need ensure plus strawberry regularly. I drive all the way to East market. I would change my review if they would start carrying it and start carrying about the customer's.

I agree with the prior review. You would think someone would look at the bad reviews. A report was finally made to corporate. The dude’s name at the window is Prakash. He’s from a country that doesn’t respect women very much. It’s bad enough in this country, but at least there’s mostly civility here.

All the pharmacy techs and retail employees have been great here!!! Unfortunately, the male pharmacist is rude, condesending, chauvinistic, and many more words that Google will block. He wouldnt even let me finish my VERY FIRST SENTENCE before already becoming completely dismissive and arrogant. And if that's not INFURIATING enough the automated answering system is GUARANTEED to make anyone homicidal????????????If it's going to take me 3 calls and 10+k prompts just to finally get through to the pharmacy, DON'T BE A COMPLETE @$$WHEN I FINALLY DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't know if employee was a tech or pharmacist, (and the speaker was crap), but the employee did not have a good command of English and could not be understood. Yet he seemed to become irritated with me for not being able to understand him. On top of that, he pushed the Rx out, no thank you, goodbye or anything. I told him he wasn't very friendly. He mumbled something, but I couldn't understand him. Poor, poor customer service.
