This store is literally never open... It's closed more than it's open. I don't know how they get away with it. I wish a different store would buy them out, fire all the employees, so you could actually shop there.

Employee couldn't tell time. Opens at 8am..lady argued with me stating she had 5 more minutes. Clock on phone was 0802.

The store manager has no Customer service cusses and calls customers out of there name...there store is always empty or closed the smoke more then they work I hope this reaches a regional manager

They forget to gave me bag of items I bought and when I went back to ask them they just said they put back in isle.. and I asked them abt my $25 Roblox card and they said they didn’t found one.. and ask me to just take chips only… not coming back to this store ever.. they steal your items 1/09/24

They still need to add products the freezers empty there's no milk no eggs no no bread we need them desperately the other store is closed except here depend on them desperately and we're happy to do without things because of this

Since reopening closed more than open. Supposed to be open til 10pm is always closed before 10pm. Never used to be like this, when Tracy ran store before the fire. Getting just as bad as Family Dollar now.

Managers are rude and have no idea how their own coupons work. Shelves are empty . Boxes pulled up to the ceiling in the back of the store so if you want anything out of the freezer section you are out of luck. Cuyahoga falls location is way better

Whoever reads this from Dollar general I would really hope someone contacts me back because every time I go to this Dollar general on North main Street it's always closed if they open up at 8:00 in the morning why do the sign say they open up at 2:00 I mean come on make that make sense and this is not the first time like I don't understand how this Dollar general is still open because it needs to get shut down because it's never open so

Have asked numerous times for update when they think they'll reopen. Corporate is rude as hell an nobody will give an estimate. Really is it to difficult to answer or do they just enjoy being rude
