Only plan on shopping at this location if you want half your order to be stolen by the people who work there. I shop at this dollar store once a week on Sundays on November 10th 2024 was told that's all your bags upon arriving at home I discovered I had several items missing now I tried to call every single day I left a voicemail every single day did not get a call back nobody ever answered a phone. November 17th upon arriving I asked to speak to her manager provider with the receipt and explain to her that I did not have x y and z All items that I did not receive I had highlighted on the receipt The manager says oh let me call my other manager I don't know how to do this upon talking to her manager she takes my receipt to go look at the cameras comes back 15 minutes later to tell me that All bags are handed to my husband I said well if that were the case then I would have the balloons for my daughter's birthday I would have had the birthday card for my daughter's birthday would have had my aluminum foil My kids would have had their beef jerky The list goes on for the lady to say oh well let me get your phone number in my manager will call you back she wants to review the cameras as well... Needless to say I'm out over $20 of merchandise and my daughter didn't get her birthday present or birthday balloons or birthday card... I also went ahead and called six other Dollar general locations and they all say cameras can only go back max 4/5 days at this point that would have been 7 days so I guess they are liars as well as thieves enjoy having your hard-earned merchandise stolen from you by the workers!!!!!
SIDENOTE all I wanted was what I PAID for now I want my $$ back and I'm contacting BBB

They are always closed 1 to 2 hrs early every night. Poor way to run a store lost my business.

The two women that worked on Saturday 8/6/22 @ approximately 1:30 p.m went out of their way to be as polite and accommodating as possible. They were patient, kind and informative. That was a great customer experience! I will definitely shop here more often!

this store is joke stop on my way home the door were close nothing on the door to say they are not open 4 other customer after me came to door ask me if it was open I could see someone just standing in there this not the first time it was not open if you can't staff yours store then close it
