This place is a joke with staff I was just in there and the cashier took a 5 dollar bill from the man and didn’t give correct money back so the worker even seen the receipt that say it I think they treated the man so badly I had to leave all my items behind and leave seems like the manager took his actions out on the customer that was right and as I was walking around I didn’t have a cart so I had about 7 small items in my hands and the older lady stepped in my way and I’m not a small person she wasn’t even stocking just standing there I said I’m sorry excuse me she just looked like I was nothing I believe If you don’t want to deal with other Ethnic people not your race then get a job at a new location! I just got off work and I didn’t a 13 hr shift I’m tired but I wouldn’t treat someone bad just because your having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on us!! The older caucasian woman in the older Caucasian man needs there job position reviewed immediately!! This is the Copley rd location! Akron Ohio

Not enough lighting on outside of building. Almost like every bulb burt out. The building sit back in lot and at night this Dollar Tree apear to be either close or setting itself up to be Robbed.

No outside lights.?? dangerous!!!! Never do cash back at this location. ( Why????) The cashier's are nice. Manager is rough around the edges!!

Place was pretty run down with water leaking from the ceiling and trash everywhere outside and inside. The hours on google show they close at 10pm but they closed at 9pm stating they were a "red store", if that's the case then update your hours..

This store is junk. Pushing a cart down a isle is like using a snow plow on a road i had to actually use my cart to make a path to fo down several isles due to the amount if items theown on the floor. The amount of trash outside the atore was insane. I thought i was standing in the middle of the dump
