Quite possibly the worst company in existence. Expect 3 hours for call ques to set up service. And the web portal has consistent outtages. For all the capital growth, they reinvest nothing into the customers and technical infrastructure.

Don't do it... Go somewhere else i promise you won't regret it. However, if you go with them, you're going to regret it. Just trust me watch and see.

Never scheduled to turn on gas, then told me that I missed appt that was never communicated to me. I thought they just must have come and done it without me. Now no heat. Called and spoke w most combative customer service rep, was awful and hung up on me. I was being so understanding and respectful. Horrible service.
