DSW Market Place Akron Ohio. On google it says close at 8:30pm however when you walk up it say 8pm. However I walk in the store at 7:58pm and told me the store was closed. Technically, the store closes at 8 o’clock. Therefore I am able to still shop if I choose. And the store agent was rude

Got my wedding shoes and wedding party shoes here a big place.No one came to help us or ask if we needed help. Walked around for 5 minutes.Waiting for someone to check us out, but they had what I needed. It was a little costly, but had what I needed.

The manager needs an attitude adjustment. My husband returned a pair of shoes (unworn) 2 days after he purchased them. The reason was one of them felt/fit different than the other. He had the receipt and all the packaging as per your return policy. The manager however chose to be rude and condescending. Telling my husband she’ll honor the return “this” time. Seriously? Someone needs to have a talk with the female manager who worked 3/4/24 in the evening at the Montrose location and teach her not only your return policy but also some manners. Addendum…looking over the receipt it states the shoes my husband purchased in the men’s section were actually women’s. This explains why they didn’t fit properly. Maybe staff should pay more attention to their inventory.

Omg. It is a cruel universe when a place like this exists when someone has a foot injury. It's beautiful! I would just prefer they had a better return policy.
