I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.

Thank you so much Matt & Tiffany. If it wasn't for the 2 of you these days I would've been done here. You're thoughtful, caring, respectful and you go out of your way to make sure the customers are cared for & happy. That's how it should be!Tiffany, you came in an gave the store what it needed, a woman's touch, variety!I appreciate everything you both do an have done for me! The 5 stars go to you 2!!!!! I have gone to this store since about 4 months after it opened. I have furnished my whole house through them and have spent ALOT of money with them. I will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to come there. Any eagle rental store for that matter. I have paid everything off and was going to rent from you again but the manager Rodney refused me cause I had an issue with an employee. I have never had an issue with any of the employees till now. All the other employees here are great except for Rodney and Tiffany. I am telling you Rodney is going to lose you alot of business and money. Just know you have lost a faithful and continued return customer because of him.

I absolutely love the people who work at this location! I have been doing business with this location for over 2 years now. I have added a new contract to my account numerous times and my experience each time has been amazing. I whole heartedly recommend Eagle Rental Purchase at the Arlington location to all my family and dearest friends!!
