I can only recommend Dr. Eberhardt‘s office. Everybody is super-professional —-> from the office staff to the doctor all the way to the hygienists. My hygienist, Jamie, is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable, and very detail-oriented. She takes her time! Which I love about her. I always leave the office super relaxed because I lie down in my chair, and let them do their thing and it’s like a spa visit. I get one hour of relax time, and I leave knowing that I’ve been very well taken care of. Plus, everything is always explained very well, and as the patient I feel like my opinion counts. Best dentist & hygienist I’ve ever had.

The office has a great atmosphere. The staff are very respectful and welcoming. I have been going to this dentist since I was a kid and I do not have one complaint. This is a great dentist!

Very pleasant experience, nice people who make you feel very comfortable. I had a new crown placed with absolutely no sensitivity. As a retired dentist I was truly impressed with Kyle and the new technology. Would highly recommend!

This office goes above and beyond and makes sure you get what you need no matter what. They spent extra time calling my insurance to ensure it went through and the hygienist made me feel so welcome and laughed and joked with me the whole time. The actual dentist was extremely nice and even buffed out my front tooth for me! Would absolutely recommend.

Though dental work is never a favorite thing to do, seeing Dr. Eberhardt and his kind, courteous and compassionate staff is a perk. I know they’ve anticipated every detail of the visit and want to provide a pain free, caring experience, they are masters at conversation, always meeting you with a smile and listen well to every concern.I recommend few doctors or dentists to family because each experience is individual, but I confidently recommend Dr. Kyle to family and friends knowing their entire experience from the first phone call to the follow up visit will be full of compassion and pain free expert dental care.Confidently placing my care and my family’s in their hands after years of experience that was full of pain, fear and apprehension is a relief.

Impressed with everyone at Eberhardt Dentistry. As someone who does not handle well, going to the dentist, they take special care to make it painless and ease my anxiety. Kyle is excellent at what he does, as well as everyone I have encountered there. Will recommend to others.

I’ve left 2-3 inquiries requesting an appointment and have received no response. Guess they don’t want new patients. Wouldn’t recommend.. doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Even if they tried to call back it’d just be awkward at this point. Racism?? Who knows.Update: I see the company has responded. I have gone on your website, filled out the little form three times. The first, I did receive a response, I had an urgent matter and she told me the first appt is only a assessment then can schedule cleaning or fill later after doctor gives recommendation. So I went to my usual dentist and got in right away but later filled out form two more times, as I was considering switching, and like I said. I haven’t received any response. I find it hard to believe that you don’t have any record, instead, just admit you decided you didn’t want me as a patient since I didn’t want to schedule a assessment appt as I was dealing with severe pain. Truth always win ;)

I am always so grateful for the excellent services offered by Eberhardt Dentistry. Everyone is professional, respectful and personable. Although visits to the dentist are not necessarily things one looks forward to, it makes going to the dentist so much more pleasurable. Dr. Eberhardt and staff keep you completely updated on options and procedures and they are as kind as they are efficient and professional. I am so glad I am a patient there and recommend them highly!

I'm in Akron on a business trip. The filling fell out of the tooth. I was looking for a dentist with good reviews. Visited August 23 in the morning. X-ray photo of the tooth was with me. I ask if they can put a filling in the tooth, I want to pay in cash. The administrator said you have to pay 172 dollars for the doctor to look at the picture. I asked if they could just put a filling in the tooth, I will pay only for the filling. The administrator answered - no, in addition to the cost of a seal of 250-450 dollars, in any case, you have to pay an additional 172 dollars for an appointment. Sounds pretty weird. If the insurance company pays, then all right, for the insurance company they came up with adding another 172 dollars to the services. But I do not recommend visiting a doctor who, in addition to fillings, adds $ 172 per appointment.Upd: I read the response to the review and assumed that I misunderstood. I went again on August 29 to clear up a misunderstanding (as written by the owner in response to the review). The administrator repeated the same thing, that 172 dollars must be paid in any case. She also called the doctor and said that the doctor would come to me in two or three minutes. However, the doctor did not come out within 40 minutes. She just chose to ignore. Please note - in case of misunderstanding, the doctor will hide from you and ignore you.
