Everything was able to be handled smoothly and promptly. I did need to call customer support after hours to extend my rental due to unforseen circumstances, and although i was able to get it done, speaking with the representative was hard due to a language barrier and constant misunderstandings from both parties. The location on Medina Rd in Medina, where I actually rented from, was able to sort everything out for me the very next business day. I have used this specific location 3 times now and will do so again if i need to. Highly reccomend.
