I have never had such good customer service. All of the employees here are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a vehicle.

Horrible service when dealing with a double charge on my debit card. It's been two weeks with no resolution and the pending charge which no employee from the branch nor the corporate office can find any trace of. There is a 600 dollar pending charge to this day that my bank will not dispute unless they process or remove the hold. Awaiting a resolution.

The best car rental place in the area. The customer service is 10/10 and always has a vehicle available to meet my needs. The prices are fair and I have no complaints. I recommend you all rent from Enterprise and enroll in the Enterprise Plus reward program.

I was hoping to gain a new favorite location but to say the least this will not be. I will not mention this gentleman’s name out of respect and privacy. But I hope that the assistant manager there comes down off his high horse and learn what customer service is and is put back through training for sensitivity. From the moment I walked into the collision center smaller branch location I was shrewdly greeted. I won’t get into any further details as a complaint was filed, but I hope others receive better care and treatment
