Went in my local family dollar on Copley Rd and the service was terrible. After shopping I waited in line and as it was my turn to get rung out the cashier started ringing me up, I went to grab a drink from the cooler and the cashier stopped ringing my order took another customer and I had to wait again. I said something to him and he walked away and stated that he was done. Another employee was going to start ringing me up when she started explaining that well you walked away so we take the next customer. Like REALLY! She then became argumentative with me. Thankfully the GM was there. And I told her all I want to do is be rang out so I can go. Needless to say she also did not help me. I asked all these ppl 3 times, never yelled or cussed at them and they asked me to leave. You will never get my money again! These employees need a customer service class!! Your GM here is a BIG Disappointment! You lost a $60 sale

Good experience at this family dollar. The cashier who is about to go on maternity leave will be missed. She was great. Very friendly and helpful.
