I had a few minutes before my bus was to come and needed a few things so I ran in thinking it would be quick. Everyone in the store decided to check out just before me. It took a few minutes to get through the line. Customers don't realize that when we take our time to dig through a purse or check 20 pockets for their wallet, we can really goof up the customers behind us and what they have going on. I ran out to get my bus and I was not quite at the stop and even though I was waving my flashlight at the bus driver, he passed me and kept going. That was the last bus out of Kenmore to Barberton. I walked 6.2 miles to get back to my apartment. Oops!

Yes I found what I was going to buy but the line was half way through the store. Only one worker on register while the other two were back in the aisles doesn't make much sense to me.

Cashier's didn't have change in their registers . Only 2 registers of 4 open with long lines halfway to back of store.

I am so happy to leave this update to what I experienced just a year ago. The once baron shelves and coolers are fully stocked and getting fuller. There were multiple stockers just throwing the product on the sales floor. While still having 2 line oened up front st all times. Also the home decor section is definitely my new favorite place to get lost digging to find what painted treasures I can find in the abundance of wall prettys. Amazing update to their usual items. Love it. Keep up the great work.

When I go there to shop I go with certain intentions on what I'm buying. Lately isles are not cluttered, items are on shelves, and the store is very clean. Big selections and big deals.

Friendly staff, well organized shelves with proper rotation on expiration dates, plenty of hidden deals in clearance sections. The only downside is long lines occasionally due to lack of registers being open.

Since a resident call Central resident didn't help me with getting a trash bag I went to the Dollar family Dollar there, didn't like the cashier,she was very rude,and not helpful.Need to screen your employees,but love your stores
