Akron Fast sign has done VERY well by me and the company I work for. Michelle, namely, has been the primary source of help to me. She is quick, resourceful, and always makes sure that my print comes out nicely. They are a little costly but its worth it for the quality, speed, and accuracy for which they operate. There are other fast sign locations near me but, I will drive the extra 15 minutes to get service at this location alone.

I looked for the company to do the sign for my company for days and when I called Fastsigns, the immediately were the ones I was going for. They knew what I needed and pricing was great. Sign that was done for my company was great and exactly what I had in my head. Great customer service and great service overall.

We have been relying on FastSigns Akron for years when it comes to our custom signage needs at our Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Akron Headquarters Campus. However, during the last year and a half --since the start of the Covid pandemic -- they have become an invaluable resource for Goodyear facilities. There were times when we needed specific signage at a moment’s notice, and they always came through for us. Thank you, Todd, Michele, and the entire FastSigns Akron Team. We worked with another FastSigns franchisee last year for our monument signs but this location and working with Todd and Michele was a far superior experience from start to finish. They were both very responsive, came to or office with a sample to match our existing monument tiles, and came in with a much better price than we previously paid at the other company for the same product. Very pleased with their schedule and ability to have our sign to us in just about 2 weeks from start to finish. We appreciate the help and work!

What was good: the job was done exactly as requested. What wasn't so good: communication was frustrating. I had to repeat myself a lot and it just seemed like my business wasn't worth it to them to get the details right and actually read what I emailed/texted them.I was charged an additional fee without being asked. It wasn't a lot, and I would have approved it if asked, but they didn't even check until the job was completely done.
