They braid good and they are fast. My only issue is they will change the price on you mid way through the braiding.and that’s not cool.

UPDATE: style only last TWO weeks and I had to get my hair redone. I experience moderate breakage.
horrible experience, theyre yelling and arguing the entire time. not listening to any suggestions, over pricing the style and it’s NOT equivalent to the quality of the work… i have three huge braids in the front of my head. never coming back again. they almost burned me putting flames to my hair… i am afraid i will have breakage. fatima herself told me not to come back because the style i asked for was too complicated… very unprofessional.

Did a horrible job and left me with so much breakage. Had to take my hair out the next day. Waste of money and loss of hair.

Do not recommend going if you have long/thick hair. I had them take down some braids after they messed it up the first time, my hair was cut while taking down and I also was charged again for them to fix the hairstyle. Price was also was changed from what i was told over the phone when service was done. left unsatisfied both times.

Very rude and unprofessional.I asked for dreads and came out with braids. I paid $200 before they were finished and they did not offer me any of my money back.Instead I was told I could comeback and she would makeup for it.Came back and was told she could on knock of $20. Had me go to ATM to get money for hair then when I come back she said she wasn't doing my hair. Started to say she doesn't braid. When I began to record she threatened me and told me I didn't want to do that. I took it as a threat. She got over on me don't let her do it to you.She can never get my money or business again. I only gave a star because I had to to leave the review.I'm so upset with myself I didn't get my money back the first time.
