Bought shorts online and had to return to this store. Got email thank you for your return will take up to 10 business days, they send the items back to the store they originally came from before you get your money back. Friday I recieved a box and a slip stating not the item returned! The box has a pair of Toddler Timberland boots, that I never ordered or returned, and the TAG off the shorts I returned inside!! Someone stole the shorts and did a little switch after they did the return!! I called customer service and they said they will do an investigation.... they will NOT refund my money or at the least replace the item I returned. Absolutely hands down the WORST customer service all around!! Will not shop here ever again!... update generic answer from store already attempted to contact customer service and they are just as shady as your store.

Corny as* employees hold the shoes for their buddies. Called and asked if they had 11.5 in a certain Jordan they said yea, mind you I was in the parking lot so I walked to the store 5 mins later I get there tell them to grab a 11.5 in the shoe I asked for. They said they ain’t have it while another punk as* employee says those are the ones shes holding for someone. I shoulda slapped em ‼️

this shoe store was pretty nice, starter shoes for mini sneaker heads, alot of nikes, jordans and crep/crease protectors.

Didn't have my son's shoe size and employee never came back to tell us so we waited for nothing because of an immature poorly supervised employee

I went in there and waited patiently for service. Then was greeted by two separate men who were extremely rude to me. They did not have the shoe I wanted which is completely fine but they were extremely standoffish and rude rather than offering any type of advice.

I might have had a really great experience, as I needed at least 2 pair of shoes, but unfortunately the staff decided to close at 7:45pm. I understand it being close to quitting time, but it would have taken 10 min tops for us.
