I have been with the storage company for years prior to the new owners taken over it has been sheer agony since they have taken it over the prices have increased twice every month due to some things out of my control I had to give her a new debit card for my payments this month in January I received I noticed that my payment didn't go through off of the same debit card it went through for December she has been a pain in my neck does not return calls never in the office and I go past there three or four times a day my original payment date was the 5th of each month and she was constantly trying to take it out on the first of the month which resulted in me having charges of overdraft on other accounts now she has blocked me I cannot call her nor can I text her and she knows that I am trying to reach her about my debit card transactions with her she is the only person that has problems with auto pay I will be moving out giving her her 30 days notice and out I am sick of her and her Mickey mouse operation

I don't have anything bad to say about them and it's just can't really rent your storage place five stars but I did store my stuff there for an awful long time and never had any problems finally got everything cleaned out and moved after years so I guess it's just bittersweet thanks for never having to really do anything but take my money I guess and nowadays that's still say it a lot no problems never raise my rates never even seen them for 6 years 4.9 Stars

Yelpers,This place is a scam. Do not rent here!! The employees/ owner never answer the phone, and the gate codes do not open the gate. Beware of going here. if you've paid change all your info and cancel your card! I'm attempting to do the same. Edit: I changed all info successfully and currently renting elsewhere.
