I like the lifetime wheel alignment. it pays for itself after a few alignments. Plus it's usually a decent oil change special which helps with your budget.

To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I took my daughters car in to fix the front end and heat. After charging me close to $700 dollars to “fix” the heat and a quote of $2200 dollars to fix the front end I ended up with STILL no heat and needless to say a no thank you to the front end fix. I have since had the issue with the front end fixed for $350 and the heat fixed for $500. A call to the manger got the response bring it back in and we will see what we can work out. Um no! Don’t trust them one bit. Very bad experience.

Literally the worst place ever! I would give it 0 stars if I could. The service was only suppose to take 3-4 hours after scheduling an appointment at 7 AM. I called after 12:30 PM and the car was still not finished and said that they would call be when it would be done. I called again at 3:30 and the car was still not done. The reason that they gave was that the person was "working on other cars" and that my car will be done by the end of day.
Because I had to reschedule my entire day, I came in to wait at 4 PM. At 5 PM, after sitting there for an entire hour, I was told there was a defective part and that I would not be able to leave with my car and that it would still need the 3-4 hours servicing once they got a new part. While I was waiting for someone to pick me up after they told me , the woman at the front desk named Emily starting gossiping about how upset and frustrated I was that they lied and dragged me along throughout the day. They are totally unprofessional and you should not have to go through what happened to me.

I had a 7am appointment. The technician didn't take my car back to be serviced until 7:30. I was the only customer there, so it wasn't as though they were busy. Completely unacceptable. Besides that, everything else went fine with the oil change and tire rotation.

Called to ask about tire pricing around 11am today since the website doesn't like it when you have aftermarket wheels. Verified with the rep that they had the 245/40r19 in stock that I wanted in the Suredrive Sport and he set a time of 2pm to get it done. Appointment time came and the lady that it looks like most ppl complain about here in other reviews was the one I dealt with at the register and she stated 1. that my appointment was not in the system, 2. Questioned me on my tire size like I didn't just tell her what size I needed and looked at me like I'm stupid just for her to go outside and check and make a fool of herself when the tire size was what I told her, 3. Stated that they don't have that tire size in stock and immediately tried to upsell me on some Firehawks that cost double of what I was looking for and when I said that the rep verified they were in stock (which he did before even bringing up my vehicle or profile from previous visits in your system) when I called she gave the excuse of he may have been looking at the stock tire size (which is hard to do considering not only is the stock size 225 but it only came in a r17 or r18 and only the coupes came factory with r19 and run the same exact tire size on the IPL Infiniti models that I am currently running on my X sedan).
After I told her that he brought up the tires before even pulling me she said maybe I called a different store and verified the address that comes up with the website and hit the button to call now which had there number. The whole interaction reminded me why I don't go to this Firestone location and hadn't been there in year's and went to the one on Firestone Parkway in the past

Blew out my tire on my way to my wedding, Emily and Anthony at the front desk got me in and out super quick so I didn’t miss anything. 10/10 experience. Great team.

That place is disgusting! There were only two people working and the girl at the desk with the purple hair knows nothing about basic customer service. The bathrooms were gross and you can tell they haven’t been cleaned in months. Terrible service and unwilling to take care of customers. I also had to wait over two hours to change 4 tires when I was the first 9am appointment slot. They didn’t even pull my vehicle in for 48 minutes. What could they have been doing for almost an hour before my truck was serviced. I used to work at this location and ever since Jim the SM left and Bill the regional boss left, this place has turned to garbage. I’d rather buy tires and oil changes from Walmart before I ever give them my business again.

I have to say that all the staff involved from start to finish of repairing my vehicle were professional, friendly and helpful.
I arrived early in the morning and there was only one person ahead of me. I was taken in immediately. I told the gentleman what I thought the issue was and what the symptoms where and he seemed to agree. (It landed up to be a right wheel bearing, not a left, which is what I thought.)
He was conscientiousness and listened carefully. He took the vehicle in expeditiously and had a technician begin working on it immediately.
As soon as the Tech identified the exact problem, I was notified, and told the exact price that the repair would be. I agreed and the tech began the repair. I had my vehicle done in record time!
During the repair I was advised of other things that were found as well. I was also asked if I had any questions.
All in all, fantastic service and I'd recommend them to my friends for sure.
