This company provides fast and easy assistance. Everyone I have spoken with has excellent customer service. This is the type of company where you don't dread being placed on hold.Dave was very helpful in assisting me and explaining the issue that otherwise would have seemed complex.

Please pay attention to a GREAT company in the VOIP Provider space. The company name is First Communications Technology Solutions. Only a customer since December 2019 and could not have selected a better provider for my business telecom services. The ENTIRE staff from Sales to Training to Technical Support have been beyond outstanding! We had difficult situation with our calls being cut off for a couple of weeks. We contacted our internet provider and they replaced our modem and this that and the other. The problem continued so I called First comm to get involved. They told us of a know problem with our internet provider and to have them disabled SIP ALG on the modems and are not blocking traffic over port 5060. This was a sure fix to our problem. Things are running well! I appreciated the fast contact and solutions First Comm gave us, without phones are business is dead in the water. Paul

Signed up with First Communications for our business, and there's been nothing but disappointment, from start to finish. Horrific communications skills (still waiting to hear back from a senior level manager to voice my concerns -- no response or feedback). Terrible homework setting up VOIP. They should know why, to First Comm people that reads these reviews, just look up my name and account. Can I post 0 stars?

First Communications always provides great service. Recently we had to call in after hours for help on setting up one our new circuts with them. Betsy answered the call and was not only able to assist us quickly, but she was very friendly and informative! She made our experinece easy and also helped with another question while we were on the phone.

First Communications has been a great. They provide broadband internet and phone services for TGC Engineering. No complains with our internet or phone service, both have been reliable and fast. Their customer service has always been great also.

The support is great. Had an IT issue in my office that was a lil over my head and even though the problem was not on First Communication's end the support tech was a great source of information in helping me figure out the problem.
