The attentive customer service is something I value when going to a location, and the team at Nissan Service at Arlington nail it. The work they do cannot be understated and I know I’m in good hands whenever I go. Service prices are a bit high but I know it goes towards quality and care so I can’t really fault them. Despite this they will have a forever customer out of me and my family!

Patrick in the Service Department went above and beyond . Was incredibly helpful in getting our daughters car serviced in a timely manner . We have had issues with dealership where we purchased her car and Patrick reached out to them and worked with them on getting important information. We won't take her car anywhere else. Thank you for having staff that cares about customers and their experiences.

Fred Martin service team is the best around. They never try to sale of fix something that doesn't need fixing. They are the most honest service center that I've ever used. I've been working with Fred Martin for a long time. I got my very first car from their super store as a late teenager and I've purchased two others through their Nissan dealership. They've always done right by me. I've never ever felt like I was getting taken for a ride in any negative way. I also trust them with the care of my car. I trust their knowledge, feedback and experience. More recently, I worked with service advisor Amy B. She was nothing short of awesome. She made me feel very comfortable and cared for. She gave great and honest information that helped me make the decisions I needed to make. I would absolutely recommend Fred Martin to anyone.

I sold my 2021 Nissan Sentra to Fred Martin Nissan, Lou and Jeremy, for $17,500, October 7, 2023. Lou and Jeremy both told me that the payoff was $17,499. I kept asking Lou if that was the amount the dealership was sending to Nissan Finance and he kept telling me that $17,499 was the payoff. I received letters from Nissan Finance dated October 11th and October 18th certifying that payoff was was received for the 2021 Sentra in the amount of $17,024. $17,499 [stated payoff] minus $17,024 [remitted payoff] equals $475. I later learned that Fred Martin Nissan did not provide full disclosure or complete transparency in the Vehicle Sale To Dealer Agreement, Payoff Amount, $17,499. The dealer did not disclose that they inserted their $475 "Buyer Fee" into my payoff amount of $17,024. The FTC says that bogus fees like this are not to be hidden by the dealership.

Nice place, and the interface was quite seamless. I only had to tell Amy Bailey what my concerns were and she gave me a price, and I was able to decide whether I wanted to proceed (I did).Service advisor Amy was polite, knowledgeable and professional, and that’s about all I could ask for.Will use them again.

I Love this Dealership! I just leased my fourth vehicle from them! Holly Rhodes, in sales, always works with me to get the exact vehicle that I want. Colors, options, payment etc! The Service Garage is professional and efficient. Service Manager Patrick has never steered me wrong!

Rich Wilson was extremely helpful over the phone and was always available to answer my questions. He was able to schedule my car for the repairs and get parts in very quickly, assuring me that everything was handled and completed correctly. Lou Kimevski also assisted in speaking with the technician who worked on my car and also talked through the potential trade in value for my car, in order to help me decide the best course of action at this time.Another fantastic experience at Fred Martin Nissan! I won't go anywhere else!

My service was performed on time and was great. Your servive people are very good. No the bad news. I don't know why you offer a car wash. My car looked better before my service. Actually I stated I did NOT want a car wash but when I picked up my car it was washed and covered with water spots. Your car wash is hideous. Either you should invest in a good car wash or not have one at all.
